Classical Lviv syrnyk

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of sour milk fat cheese (not wet!);
– 1 cup sugar;
– 130 grams of butter;
– 4 eggs;
– 1 tablespoon semolina;
– 50 grams of raisins;
– 3 tablespoons sour cream;
– 2 tablespoons cacao;
– one lemon zest.

Recipe:

Beat the egg yolks with sugar, add semolina, butter, raisins and lemon zest, then thoroughly mix. Add the cheese (if the cheese is grated, smother it in a hasher or blender), mix everything down at a low speed for a minute. Knead whites to a thick white foam and add to the cheese mass, mix and put into a baking pan. Put a cheese dish in a heated oven, bake for 40-60 minutes at a 180º temperature. While syrnyk is baking, cook the glaze. Mix tablespoon of butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar, put on a small fire and melt constantly stirring. Add 3 tablespoons of sour cream and 2 tablespoons of cocoa, stir to homogeneity and boil. Baked syrnyk pour with chocolate icing and put in the fridge for at least 5 hours.

Ingredients:

– 500 grams of sour milk cheese;
– 200 grams of sugar;
– 4 eggs;
– 120 grams of butter;
– half a glass of blueberries (can be frozen);
– 1 tablespoon semolina;
– 3 tablespoons sour cream;
– 2 tablespoons cacao;
– lemon zest;
– vanilla sugar.

Recipe:

Mix cheese, semolina, vanilla sugar, 100 grams of butter, lemon zest and egg yolks with sugar. Knead whites to a thick white foam, and slowly add to the cheese mass. Add blueberries and mix. Put into a baking pan and place in a heated oven. Bake syrnyk for an hour at a 190º temperature. When cooked, put syrnyk upside down and leave in the form until it cools. Meanwhile, cook chocolate glaze. Mix a tablespoon of butter, 3 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of sugar and the same amount of cocoa. – 750 grams of cheese;
– 7 eggs;
– half a glass of powdered sugar;
– 2 cups of flour;
– 1 tablespoon of starch;
– vanilla sugar;
– 175 grams of butter;
– 1 cup milk;
– 2 tablespoons cacao;
– half a cup of sugar;
– 50 grams of milk chocolate;
– 1 teaspoon leaven for cookies.

Recipe:

To make syrnyk, you need to mix cheese (smothered in a hasher or blender), 4 yolks, sugar powder, a tablespoon of flour, vanilla sugar, 50g of butter. Knead whites to a thick white foam. Combine half with cheese mass. To make chocolate mass, you need to mix in a saucepan milk, sugar, cacao, 125 grams of butter and chocolate. Boil on low fire to a homogeneous mass. Add sifted flour, leaven and egg yolks to the chilled chocolate mass, mix and add another half of whipped whites. Ingredients:

– 500 grams of sour milk cheese;
– 3 eggs;
– 120 grams of sugar;
– one lemon zest;
– 1 tablespoon of starch or the same amount of semolina;
– 0.5 teaspoon turmeric;
– half a glass of dried seedless cherries;
– vanilla sugar.

Recipe:

Mix cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar in a blender. Add turmeric, lemon zest, starch (semolina) until homogeneity. Pour dried cherry with boiling water for 10 minutes, dry and add to the cheese mass, mix and put it into a baking pan. Bake for 50 minutes at a 180º temperature. After baking, the syrnyk need to be cooled, without removing from baking form to prevent falling apart.

Ingredients:

– 800 grams of sour milk cheese;
– 350 grams of sugar;

– 150 grams of butter;
– 3 boiled potatoes;
– half a glass of raisins;
– one orange zest;
– vanilla sugar.

Recipe:

Mix cheese, vanilla sugar and potatoes in a blender to homogeneity. Mix with butter, sugar and egg yolks and add the raisins with grated orange zest. Separately knead whites to a thick white foam and add it to a cheese mass. Put mass in a baking form. Bake at 180º temperature for 40 minutes. Pour with chocolate icing. Put syrnyk in fridge for 5-6 hours.

Lviv syrnyk with poppy

Ingredients:

– 1 kilogram of sour milk cheese;
– 250 grams of sugar;
– 4 eggs;
– 180 grams of butter;
– 100 grams of poppy;
– a tablespoon of semolina and starch;
– 100 grams of raisins;
– one lemon zest;
– vanilla sugar;
– sugar powder for decoration.

Recipe:

Mix cheese with sugar, add kneaded eggs and mix again. Mix cheese mass with semolina, starch, vanilla sugar, butter and lemon zest using mixer. Add a few tablespoons of the cheese mass to the pre-steamed and mashed poppy, mix and put into a baking pan. Put cheese mass with raisins on top, put in a warmed oven.
