The Ukrainian missile “Long Neptune” has successfully passed testing and demonstrated effective combat performance at a range of 1000 kilometers. This achievement was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy following recent reports.
Missile Program Achievements
During his address, President Zelenskyy highlighted the success of the missile program, noting that the “Long Neptune” is a new Ukrainian development designed for precision strikes. The missile’s extended range significantly enhances Ukraine’s defensive and offensive capabilities.
“Today, there were reports on our missile program. We have achieved significant results. The ‘Long Neptune’ has successfully completed testing and demonstrated successful combat use. This is a new Ukrainian missile capable of precise strikes with a range of 1000 km,” Zelenskyy stated.
The President extended his gratitude to Ukrainian developers, manufacturers, and military personnel for their efforts in strengthening national security.


International Support and Military Aid
In addition to the missile update, President Zelenskyy also discussed new support packages from Ukraine’s international partners. According to Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, these packages will include essential artillery supplies to bolster Ukraine’s defensive efforts on the battlefield.
“I am grateful to all our partners who continue to provide crucial assistance, ensuring we have the necessary supplies to protect our people and territories,” the President added.
